Hyozan-gama
When Yozaemon, the fourth master of the Hyozan-gama, presented pottery to Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who unified Japan in 1590, his technique was praised and he was given a red seal of approval and the surname "Hashiba". The studio has a long tradition of pottery production. The current head of the family has been making efforts to create pottery that enriches the table.
Their products show the craftsmanship of Japanese pottery with an emphasis on tradition.
