About the artist:
Thora Finnsdottir is an artist and ceramicist who works artistically with the relationship between people and nature. With her work, she wants to promote the understanding that we as humans are nature ourselves. She works with observed parallels in surface, pattern and structure that recur in different places in nature, including landscapes and the human body.
